Cancellation Policy
A 100 non-refundable deposit is due to book your date. Please let us know as soon as you know and at least 48 hours prior to your event if you need to rebook. 100 deposit can be re applied dependant on date availability. Balance due within 14 days of event. 10 X 10 area required for setup and operation of the 360 booth. Travel policy: Services include travel within 30 miles of our South Houston service area (equivelent to 60 mile roundtrip). Events located beyond this range may incur a travel fee calculated based on the additional round trip distance. Fees are calculated using standard mileage guidelines.
